    Efforts to prevent the spread of the corona virus in Indonesia continue to be carried out by a number of parties in various ways. One of them was done by Garuda Indonesia. The stateowned airline displays a visual mask on the nose of the Airbus A-330-900 Neo aircraft. This was done to support the government's efforts to prevent the spread of the corona virus. VP Corporate Secretary of Garuda Indonesia, Mitra Piranti, said that currently those who use mask livery are indeed the Airbus A330-900 Neo type. Mitra continued, there will be four other planes in addition to the Airbus A330-900 Neo that will use mask livery.

This aircraft is claimed to be more fuel efficient than other wide-body aircraft in its class. In addition, Airbus also claims that this type of aircraft has minimal maintenance costs.

Engine and fuselage The engine used is the latest generation Rolls-Royce Trent 7,000 engine with a maximum cruising capability of 13,334 kilometers and a maximum flight of up to 14.5 hours without stopping.
